January 28, 2013. I was feeding Shelby before bed, and getting Netflix ready so Richard and I could watch something before bed. Richard was in Alexa's room reading her stories and singing songs to help her sleep. It had been a long time, and seemed to be really quiet! So, I went to check what was going on. I, not surprisingly, found not only Alexa, but Richard asleep!

The love of sisters
Alexa is always asking to hold her Shelby. It is so amazing to see the love between my two sweet girls.

Zombie baby
With her wide crazy eyes that haven't decided on their color yet, and her hands out to get you, she looks like a zombie baby! Granted, she is still adorable.
Fighting already?... Nah.
January 22, 2013. Perfect timing. It looks like Shelby is trying to punch Alexa, while showing her love on the other hand.
Beautiful gift
Sister Jordan, a sweet old lady in our ward (Pheasant Brook Ward) crocheted this beautiful cocoon, and a hat for my sweet Shelby baby. The hat is way too big, so she can't wear it yet, it is the white on the right of the picture though.

Car show
January 19, 2013. We went to the new car show at the South Town Expo Center with Kira, Travis, and Kenzie Evans. It was fun to see all the new models coming out. Kenzie and Alexa thought it would be fun to chase each other around and run away from us! We left soon after that! We stopped in a room with playground equipment set up to play on, and some canoes, that they were trying to sell. We played in there for a bit, then left. On the way home we went to "Bombdigitty's" for dinner, Kira and Travis knew about it and it was close. It was good, but I wouldn't drive out of my way to get it.

Hmmmm
January 17, 2013. It looks like she is thinking about something. I wonder what they think about, especially when they randomly smile.

Tummy time
January 15, 2013. Shelby spending time on her belly. Alexa loves to see, and be with her sister. At two weeks Shelby is holding her head up like a champ. Both my girls have been able to hold their head up since day one. I love these two girls so much!
