Jaundice

Alexa's bilirubin tests came back a little high, and kept getting higher.  She was therefore getting more and more yellow (jaundice).  Therefore, she had to be put under the UV light to get things under control.  It was hard, because she had to be under them all night and as much throughout the day as possible.  She had what was shown in the pictures, as well as a pad with a light that went around her belly and back.  That made feeding her difficult, I had to sit on the floor to do it, because the cord would not go very far.  Also, you will see my swollen feet, which didn't swell until after she was born.  Weird.
